Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Wheat flour - 1 cup गेहू का आटा - 1 कप All purpose flour - 1 cup मैंदा :- 1 कप carrot - 2 गाजर -2 Coriander हरा धनिया potato - 2 boiled आलू - 2 उबले हुए lemon juice नींबू red chilli powder -1/2 tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 चम्मच Garam masala- 1/2 tsp गरम मसाला -1/2 चम्मच Carom seeds - 1 tsp अजवाइन - 1चम्मच Baking powder - 1/2 tsp बेकिंग पाउडर- 1/2 चम्मच Dried fenugreek - 1/2 tsp कसूरी मेथी- 1/2 चम्मच sesame seeds- 1 tsp तिल - 1 चम्मच Salt as per taste Butter - as per need नमक स्वादानुसार बटर - आवश्यकता नुसार
Procedure :-
- Take a bowl .Add wheat flour,all purpose flour,til,carom seeds,dried fenugreek,salt, baking powder in it.
- एक बाउल में आटा ,मैदा ,अजवाइन, तिल, कसूरी मेथी, नमक, बेकिंग पाउडर मिलाये .
- Mix it well and make a dough.
- अच्छी तरह आटा गूंथ लें,
- Take a bowl.Add smashed potato,carrot,salt,dried fenugreek,red chilli powder, garam masala,sugar,coriander,lemon juice in it.
- आलू मसल लें उसमें गाजर कद्दूकस करके डाले ,नमक, कसुरी मेथी, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, गरम मसाला, शक्कर, हरा धनिया, नींबू का रस डाले
- Mix it well.
- अच्छी तरह मिलाये.
- Make a roll and make circle and stuff potato mixture in it.As per shown in picture.
- आटे की रोटी बेले, उसपर आलू का मिश्रण भर दे,
- Roll it n spread til, coriander,chilli flacks on it..
- Roast for a short time on pan and then directly roast it pn gas. And apply butter on it..
- फिरसे बेले .उसपर तिल, हरा धनिया, चिली फ्लेक्स, लगाकर तवेपर थोड़ासा सेके, फिर गैस पर सेके, उपरसे बटर लगा दे .

- and then directly roast it pn gas.

So your Easy tasty quick Aloo Naan is ready......💚💚💛💛💖💖💖It can be served with any chatni or any vegetable.
Bonus tip:
- You can use cheese in mixture if you like.
- You may use black sesame seeds or kalonji on naan.
- You may add paneer in mixture.
