So Today's special recipe is Our favorite Moongdal Sweetcorn Pakodas..Must try this new tasty type of pakodas...
It is a monsoon special recipe...

 सामग्री :-  
 Mung bean- 3                   मूंगदाल - 1कप  
 Onion - 1  प्याज़ - 1
 Rice flour - 1/2 cup चावल का आटा - 1/2 कप
 sweet corn- 2 tsp स्वीटकॉर्न - 1 कप
 carom seeds-1/2 tsp अजवाइन-1/2 चम्मच
 Baking soda-1/2 tsp बेकिंग सोडा - 1/2 चम्मच
 Green chilli -2 हरी मिर्च - 2
 salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार
 

Procedure :- 



Step 1
  • Soak the mung beans for 1 hr and grind it in mixer.Add green chilli paste,chopped onion,salt,soda,carom seeds,rice flour,gram flour,corianderin it.
  • मूंगदाल को 1 घण्टा भिगोकर रखें , और मिक्सी में पिसे स्वीटकॉर्न को दरदरा पिसे उसमे हरी मिर्च पीसकर डाले, प्याज़ काटकर, नमक ,सोडा, अजवाइन, बेसन, चावल का आटा, हरा धनिया डाले


Step 2
  • Mix it well ..
  • अच्छी तरह मिलाये

Step 3
  • Make pakodas and fry it immediately.
  • और तुरंत गरम् तेल में तले .

Bonus tip:


  • You may add red chilli powder paste instead of green chilli .
  • If you have not time to soak the mung beans then you can directly grind the beans in mixer.
  • Gram flour is optional.
  • You can add sesame seeds.
