So today's recipe is Peanut modak.

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- peanuts- 2 cup मुगफली- 2 कप Milk powder-1/2cup मिल्क पावडर १/२ कप Sugar-1 cup शक्कर - 1 कप cardamom powder-1/4 tsp इलायची पाउडर- 1/4 चम्मच Ghee- 1tsp घी 1 चम्मच
Procedure :-
- Roast peanuts and peel it .Grind peanuts in mixer and strain powder.
- मुगफली को भूनकर छिलके निकाले .मुगफली को मिक्सी में पिस ले, पिसते समय मिक्सर रुक रुककर चलाये, पावडर को छान लें.
- Take a kadhai and mix it well to become a wire like texture.
- कढाई में शक्कर और पानी (शक्कर से आधा पानी डाले) मिलाकर एक तार चाचणी बनाये
.
- Check using your fingers as per shown in picture.
- उंगली से चेक करें.
- Add peanut powder and milk powder,cardamom powder in it till it become a thick texture.Stir continuously make sure it does not create lumps.Make it cool and add 1 tsp ghee in it.
- काजू और मिल्क पाउडर,इलायची पाउडर मिलाये . ठंडा होने तक मिलाते रहे. ठंडा होने पर1 चम्मच घी मिला दे
- Make a dough.
- थोडा हातो में मसले
- Grease ghee on mould put mixture in it .
- मोदक साचे को घी लगाकर मिश्रन डाले .
So your Easy tasty sweet Simple Peanut modak is ready.....💗💗💗💗
Bonus tip:
- You can add cashew powder in it.
