So today's recipe is bhavnagri sev.

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Rice flour- 1/2 cup चावल का आटा - 1/2 कप Gram flour-2cup बेसन - 2 कप carom seeds-1/2 tsp अजवाइन - 1/2 चम्मच sesame seeds-1/2 tsp तिल - 1/2 चम्मच asafetida- 1/4tsp हिंग - 1/4 चम्मच Baking soda- 1/4tsp बेकिंग सोडा - 1/4 चम्मच Salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार Red chilli powder- 1/2tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 चम्मच Oil तेल black pepper- 1/2 tsp काली मिर्च- 1/2 चम्मच
Procedure :-
- Take a bowl. add gram flour ,rice flour,heeng,red chilli powder,black pepper ,red chilli powder in it.
- बाउल में बेसन, अजवाइन, चावल का आटा, हिंग, तिल, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, काली मिर्च दरदरा पीस लें डाले.
- Add salt and baking soda in hot oil.
- मोयन के लिये 1/2 कप तेल गरम करे उसमे नमक और बेकिंग सोडा मिलाये.

- Put that in out dry ingredients.and make a dough.
- मोयन मिश्रन में डाले .और आटा गूंथ लें.
- Add mixture in shev mould.
- मिश्रन को शेव के साचे में डाले,
- Fry it in hot oil.
- गरम तेल मे शेव डाले.तल लें...
So your Easy tasty bhavnagri sev is ready.....💗💗💗💗
Bonus tip:
- You can add cashew powder in it.
