So today's recipe is Dadpe Pohe..

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Thin poha -2 cup पतला पोहा - 2 कप Coconut crush-1cup नारियल क्रश - 1 कप onion-1/2 cup प्याज - 1/2 कप Tomato -1 टमाटर -1 coconut water - 1/2 cup नारियल का पानी - 1/2 कप Coriander हरा धनिया oil - 1/2 cup तेल - 1/2 कप peanuts मुगफली Lemon juice - 3 tsp नींबू का जूस - 3 चम्मच curry leaves करी पत्ता mustard seeds/cumin seeds-1/2 tsp राई/जिरा - 1/2 चम्मच Salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार Green chilli - 2/3 हरी मिर्च - 2/3 turmeric - 1/4 tsp हल्दी - 1/4 चम्मच pomegranate seeds-1/4 tsp अनारदाना सजानेके लिए
Procedure :-
- Roast poha in kadhai for 2 3 mins.
- पोहा को कढाई में 2/3 मिनीट भुने
- Add pohe in bowl.Add coconut water , onion , tomato ,coriander, salt, sugar, coconut crush ,pomegranate beans in it.
- बाउल में पोहे पर नारियल का पानी, प्याज, टमाटर, हरा धनिया, नमक ,शक्कर, और नारियल का क्रश , अनारदाना डालकर मिला लें, नींबू का जूस मिलाये.
- Cover it for 5 mins.
- ढककर 5 मिनीट रखें.
- Take a kadhai add oil in it. Make it hot .Add mustered seeds , curry leaves , peanuts in it.
- तब तक तड़के के लिए कढाई 1/2 कप तेल गरम करके राई करीपत्ता मुगफली डाले.
Bonus tip:
- You can use thick poha.
- You may add raw mango in it..
- You can use water instead of coconut water.
