So My first recipe in this year is Masala Veggie Idli..
One new tasty and so much healthy and tasty recipe for you..

This recipe is specially for children who do not eat moong pulses and healthy vegetables ..Children always want to have tasty and yummy looking food ..Today's recipe is very much tasty and you will make this recipe again and again after making once ..So must try recipe.. moong pulses is also It is rich in Vitamin A, B, C and E and also in many minerals including iron, calcium, and many more..đđ

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-साऎŕ¤्री :- moong pulses flour- 1 cup ऎूंठऌाल ŕ¤ŕ¤ा- 1 ŕ¤ŕ¤Ş coriander चरा धनिया Eno/baking soda - 1/2 tsp ŕ¤ŕ¤¨ो/एेŕ¤िंठसोथा- 1/2 ŕ¤ŕ¤Ž्ऎठsesame seeds - 1/2 tsp तिल -1/2 ŕ¤ŕ¤Ž्ऎठsemolina - 1 cup सूŕ¤ी - 1 ŕ¤ŕ¤Ş Onion - 1 ŕ¤ीनी -2 ŕ¤ŕ¤Ž्ऎठcurry leaves, Green chilli - 2 ŕ¤ŕ¤°ी पत्ते,चरी ऎिर्ŕ¤-2 Green peas - 1/2 cup ऎŕ¤ŕ¤° - 1/2 ŕ¤ŕ¤Ş Sweetcorn - 1/2 cup स्ाीठŕ¤ॉर्न - 1/2 ŕ¤ŕ¤Ş Curd -1 cup ऌची - 1 ŕ¤ŕ¤Ş salt as per need. नऎठस्ााऌानुसार
Procedure :-
- Take coriander, green chilli and grind it n mixer.
- धनिया, चरी ऎिर्ठलें ŕ¤ŕ¤° ŕ¤ŕ¤¸े ऎिŕ¤्सर ऎें पीस लें।
- Take a moong pulses flour, curd, semolina ,salt in bowl.
- ŕ¤ŕ¤ोरे ऎें ऎूंठऌाल ŕ¤ा ŕ¤ŕ¤ा, ऌची, सूŕ¤ी, नऎठलें।
- Add 3 tsp oil and make a medium thick batter.
- Add water and mix.
- पानी थालŕ¤ŕ¤° ऎिलाŕ¤ं।
- 3 ŕ¤ीस्पून तेल थालें ŕ¤ŕ¤° ऎध्यऎ ŕ¤ाढ़ा ŕ¤ोल एनाŕ¤ं।
- Add vegetables and green paste in it.
- ŕ¤ŕ¤¸ŕ¤Žें सए्ŕ¤ियां ŕ¤ŕ¤° चरा पेस्ठऎिलाŕ¤ं।
- Mix it well.
- ठŕ¤्ŕ¤े से ऎिलाŕ¤ं।
- Add eno or baking soda in it.
- ŕ¤ŕ¤¸ŕ¤Žें ŕ¤ŕ¤¨ो या एेŕ¤िंठसोथा ऎिलाŕ¤ं
- And quickly put batter in idli mould..
- ŕ¤ŕ¤° ŕ¤ŕ¤˛्ऌी से ŕ¤ŕ¤Ąŕ¤˛ी ऎोल्थ ऎें एैŕ¤ŕ¤° थालें।
- Cook it for 15 min. .
- ŕ¤ŕ¤¸े 15 ऎिनठतठपŕ¤ाŕ¤ं।
- Take a kadhai and add oil .Make it hot and add sesame seeds, green chilli and coriander seeds in it .Add it over dhokala.
- ŕ¤ŕ¤˘़ाची लें ŕ¤ŕ¤° तेल थालें। ŕ¤ŕ¤¸े ŕ¤ŕ¤°्ऎ ŕ¤ŕ¤°ें ŕ¤ŕ¤° ŕ¤ŕ¤¸ŕ¤Žें तिल, चरी ऎिर्ठŕ¤ŕ¤° धनिया ŕ¤े एीठथालें।ŕ¤ŕ¤¸े ढोŕ¤ŕ¤˛ा ŕ¤े ŕ¤ŕ¤Şŕ¤° थालें
