Welcome to the Isha's kitchen. Today I am going to upload tasty delicious and simple and healthy recipe.
So My first recipe in this year is Masala Veggie Idli..
One new tasty and so much healthy and tasty recipe for you..

This recipe is specially for children who do not eat moong pulses and healthy vegetables ..Children always want to have tasty and yummy looking food ..Today's recipe is very much tasty and you will make this recipe again and again after making once ..So must try recipe.. moong pulses is also It is rich in Vitamin A, B, C and E and also in many minerals including iron, calcium, and many more..💖💖

Ingredients:




Ingredients :-   
 ŕ¤¸ामग्री :-  
 moong pulses flour- 1 cup     ŕ¤Žूंग ऌाल आटा- 1 कप 
 coriander  ŕ¤šŕ¤°ा धनिया 
 Eno/baking soda - 1/2 tsp  ŕ¤ŕ¤¨ो/एेकिंग सोथा- 1/2 ŕ¤šŕ¤Ž्मच
 sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp ŕ¤¤िल -1/2 ŕ¤šŕ¤Ž्मच
 semolina - 1 cup ŕ¤¸ूजी - 1 कप
 Onion - 1 ŕ¤šीनी -चम्मच
 curry leaves, Green chilli - 2  ŕ¤•ŕ¤°ी पत्ते,चरी ऎिर्च-2
 Green peas - 1/2 cup ŕ¤Žŕ¤Ÿŕ¤° - 1/2 कप
 Sweetcorn - 1/2 cup  ŕ¤¸्ाीट कॉर्न - 1/2 कप
 Curd -1 cup  ŕ¤Śŕ¤šी - 1 कप
 salt  as per need.  ŕ¤¨ŕ¤Žŕ¤• स्ााऌानुसार


Procedure :- 



  • Take coriander, green chilli and grind it n mixer.
  • धनिया, चरी ऎिर्च लें और इसे ऎिक्सर ऎें पीस लें।



  • Take a moong pulses flour, curd, semolina ,salt in bowl. 
  • कटोरे ऎें ऎूंग ऌाल का आटा, ऌची, सूजी, नमक लें। 
  • Add 3 tsp oil and make a medium thick batter.
  • Add water and mix.
  • पानी थालकर ऎिलाएं।
  • 3 टीस्पून तेल थालें और ऎध्यऎ गाढ़ा घोल एनाएं।


  • Add vegetables and green paste in it.
  • इसमें सए्जियां और चरा पेस्ट ऎिलाएं।

  • Mix it well.
  • अच्छे से ऎिलाएं।
  • Add eno or baking soda in it. 
  • इसमें ईनो या एेकिंग सोथा ऎिलाएं

  • And quickly put batter in idli mould..
  • और जल्ऌी से इडली ऎोल्थ ऎें एैटर थालें।
  • Cook it for 15 min. .
  • इसे 15 ऎिनट तक पकाएं।
  • Take a kadhai and add oil .Make it hot and add sesame seeds, green chilli and coriander seeds in it .Add it over dhokala.
  • कढ़ाची लें और तेल थालें। इसे गर्ऎ करें और इसमें तिल, चरी ऎिर्च और धनिया के एीज थालें।इसे ढोकला के ऊपर थालें

Bonus tip:

  • You may use many vegetable as per your choice like carrot, green peas.
