        Green peas are nutritious and it contains anti-oxidants and fiber. Children will love this recipe ..So Try this simple recipe at your home and enjoy the taste of green peas with green chatney or curd.

Ingredients:





Ingredients :-   
 सामग्री :-  
 Pearl Millet (Bajra/Bajri) flour- 1 cup    बाजरा का आटा 1 कप
 onion -1/2 cup प्याज़ - 1 कप 
 Green peas-1 cup  हरे मटर- 1/2 कप 
 Coriander seed and cumin seeds powder-1/4 tspधनिया  जिरा पाउडर- 1/4 चम्मच
 Coriander हरा धनिया
 oil - 1/2 cup तेल - 1/2 कप
 Green chilli - 2  हरी मिर्च - 2
 Salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार
 Garlic - 4 to 5लसन - 4 5
 carom seeds and sesame seeds-1 tsp eachअजवाइन और तिल के बीज -1 चम्मच
 corn flour/Rice flour - 3 tsp मकई का आटा / चावल का आटा - 3 चम्मच

  


Procedure :- 




  • Boil green peas in water for 3-4 mins.
  • हरी मटर को पानी में 3-4 मिनट तक उबालें।


    • Grind green peas, coriander, green chilli in mixer.
    • हरी मटर, धनिया, हरी मिर्च को मिक्सर में पीस लें।.

    • Take a Plate add Pearl Millet (Bajra/Bajri) flour, onion, carom seeds, Coriander seed and cumin seeds powder, salt and green paste in it.
    • एक प्लेट में बाजरा / बाजरी का आटा, प्याज, अजवाइन, धनिया जीरा पाउडर, नमक, हरा पेस्ट डालें।
    • Mix it well.
    • इसे अच्छे से मिलाएं
    • Make a small circles on cold pan and make a hole at center.
    • ठंडे तवे पर एक छोटा गोला बनाएं और बीच में छेद करें।
    • Turn on the flame and make them crispy from both the sides.
    • आंच को चालू करें और उन्हें दोनों तरफ से क्रिस्पी बनाएं।


       So your Easy tasty Healthy Green mini thalipeeth is ready is ready.....
    You can serve them with curd or green chatney💗💗💗💗

    Bonus tip:


    • You can add any vegetables in it .
    • For make thalipeeth crispy keep it on low flame for last 2-3 mins.
