Hey Friends .. Today I come up with one healthy recipe ..which is a Curry leaves Paratha💖💖💖...It is very healthy and tasty...Must try it friends and don't forget to comment if you have any questions or suggestions...💖💖

 सामग्री :-  
 Wheat Flour- 2 cup          गेहू का आटा - 2 कप
 Curry leaves- 2 cup  करीपत्ता - 2 कप
 Dried Fenugreek -1tsp  कसुरी मेथी - 1चम्मच
 Coriander-1 cup  हरा धनिया - 1cup
 coriander cumin seeds powder - 2 cup  धनिया जिरा पावडर - 1चम्मच
 Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp  लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 चम्मच
 Turmeric - 1/2 tsp  हल्दी - 1/2 चम्मच
 Garam masala- 1 tsp  गरम मसाला - 1 चम्मच
 Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp  अजवाइन -1/2 चम्मच
 Sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp  तिल- 1/2 चम्मच
 Curd - 1 cup  दही - 1 कप
 Salt as per taste.  नमक स्वादानुसार
 

Procedure :- 




Step 1
  • Take a bowl and add wheat flour,salt, carom seeds in it.
  • आटे में नमक, अजवाइन डालकर गूंथ लें

Step 2
  • Make a soft dough .
  • अच्छी तरह आटा गूंथ लें,,

Step 3
  • Roast Curry leaves till it become crispy.
  • करी पत्ते को कढाई में क्रिस्पी होने तक भूने..

Step 4
  • Add curry leaves, remaining ingredients in mixer and Make  a fine powder.
  • मिक्सी में करीपत्ता और सारे मसाले, नमक डालकर पावडर बना लें.

Step 5
  • Roll the circle and spread this powder over it and add coriander.
  • रोटी बेले,रोटिपर तेल लगाकर करीपत्ता मसाला पाउडर फेला दे, हरा धनिया डाले.

Step 6
  • Again fold so it will become a square.
  • फिरसे वही दोहराये,

Step 7
  • Roll it to make large square.
  • चौकोना पराठा बेले .

Step 8

  • Roll it to for square shape cut sides.
  • बेले शेप के लिए साइड कट करे


  • Step 9

  • Roast it on pan by applying butter or ghee.
  • गरम तवेपर तेल / घी /बटर लगाकर सेके .


  • Curry leaves Paratha final

       So your Easy tasty Healthy Curry leaves Paratha 💖💖are ready.Serve it with green chatni or sauce.....💗💗💗💗


    Bonus tip:

    • You may add black sesame seeds.
    • You can store the curry leaves mix powder and use later.
    • You can add garlic.
