Sweetcorn poha hearts

So today's recipe is Sweetcorn poha hearts..

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Sweetcorn - 2 cup स्वीटकॉर्न - 2 कप poha-1cup पोहा - 2 कप curry leaves करीपत्ता Green chilli-1 हरी मिर्च - 2/3 Lemon juice - 3 tsp नींबू का जूस - 3 चम्मच Coriander हरा धनिया turmeric- 1/4 tsp हल्दी - 1/4 चम्मच Pavbhaji masala - 1tsp पावभाजी मसाला - 1 चम्मच Salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार Mustered seeds/cumin seeds राई/जिरा - 1/2 चम्मच Chat masala चाट मसाला - 1/2 चम्मच
Procedure :-
- Make a fine powder of poha.
- 1/2 कप पोहा का मिक्सी में पावडर बना ले.
- Add pohe in bowl.Add coconut water , onion , tomato ,coriander, salt, sugar, coconut crush ,pomegranate beans in it.
- 1 1/2 कप पोहा भिगोकर ले
- मिक्सी में स्वीटकार्न, हरी मिर्च, धनिया पीस ले
- Take poha, crushed sweetcorn , turmeric,salt, lemon juice , masala in it.
- भिगोकर रखे पोहा में पिसा हुआ स्वीटकॉर्न का मिशन डाले, हल्दी, नमक,मसाले, नींबू का जूस डाले
Bonus tip:
- You may add onion in it..
- You can use red chilli powder instead of Green chilli.
