So today's recipe is Masala Paratha .

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Wheat flour - 2 cups गेहू का आटा - 2 कप Niger seeds - 2tsp कारळे / खूरसणी -2 चम्मच Flax seeds - 2 tsp अलसी/जवस - 2 चम्मच Roasted gram - 2 tsp रोस्टेड चना दाल - 2 चम्मच Dry coriander seeds- 1 सूखा धनिया - 1 चम्मच Dried fenugreek -1 tsp कसुरी मेथी - 1 चम्मच cumin seeds- 1 medium sized जिरा - 1 चम्मच Pavbhaji masala - 2 tsp पावभाजी मसाला - 2 चम्मच Red chilli powder - 1 tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर -1 चम्मच Celery seeds -1 tsp अजवाइन जिरा - 1 चम्मच Cheese , butter , coriander ,salt as per need. चीज, बटर,हरा धनिया , नमक स्वादानुसार
Procedure :-
- Take a wheat flour in bowl .Add celery seeds and salt in it..
- गेहू के आटे में अजवाइन और नमक डाले,
- Mix it and make a soft dough.
- अच्छी तरह आटा गूंथ लें.
- Take a pan and roast Niger seeds, cumin seeds, roasted gram for 2 mins.
- कढ़ाई में धनिया और जिरा, कारळे, अलसी, रोस्टेड चना दाल को2 मिनीट तक भूने.
- Grind roasted ingredients, red chilli powder , pav bhaji masala ,salt in mixer.
- मिक्सी में भूने मसाले ,लाल मिर्च पाउडर,पाव भाजी मसाला , नमक डालकर अच्छी तरह पिसे.
- Make a fine powder.
- अच्छी तरह पाउडर करे.
- Roll it and spread powder over it and spread dried fenugreek over it.
- रोटी बेले. रोटिपर तेल या घी लगा ले, मसाला पाउडर फैलाये, कसुरी मेथी डाले,
- Fold it as per shown in picture.
- रोटी को फोल्ड करे.
- Make circle and roll it.
- सर्कल बना ले और बेले.
- Roast it in pan till it become a crispy.
- तवेपर घी या बटर लगाकर क्रिस्पी होने तक सेके.
- So your Masala Paratha is ready......😋😋😍
Bonus tip:
- You may add black and white sesame seeds.
- You may add cashew , coriander and garlic.
- Roasted grams are optional.
