SweetCorn veggie Triangles

So today's recipe is Sweet Corn veggie Triangles..

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Wheat flour - 2 cups गेहू का आटा - 2 कप Garlic - 5/6 pieces लसन - 5/6 कलिया Sweet corn - 1 cup स्वीट कॉर्न - 1 कप Tomato - 1 टमाटर - 1 Carrot - 1 गाजर -1 Onion - 1 medium sized प्याज़ - 1 Pavbhaji masala - 1 tsp पावभाजी मसाला - 1 चम्मच Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर -1/2 चम्मच Celery seeds -1 tsp अजवाइन - 1 चम्मच Cheese , butter , coriander ,salt as per need. चीज, बटर,हरा धनिया , नमक स्वादानुसार
Procedure :-
- Take a wheat flour in bowl .Add celery seeds and salt in it..
- गेहू के आटे में अजवाइन और नमक डाले,
- Mix it and make a soft dough.
- अच्छी तरह आटा गूंथ लें.
- Take a pan and fry onion in 2 tsp oil till it become golden brown in color.
- कढ़ाई में 2चम्मच तेल डालकर प्याज़ बुन्हे.
- Add tomato and garlic in it and cook for 2 mins.
- टमाटर ,लसन काटकर डाले,
- Add grated carrot,boiled smashed potato,crushed sweet corns , coriander, pavbhaji masala ,red chilli powder,salt in it.
- उसमे कुद्दुकस किया गाजर, पनिर कद्दूकस, स्वीट कॉर्न पिसकर, धनिया, पावभाजी मसाला, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, नमक मिला लें .
- Mix and cook for 2-4 minutes.
- अब अच्छी तरह मिलाकर 2/4मिनिट पकाये,
- Make a small balls and roll them.and roast it in a pan.
- छोटी लोई बनाकर बेले .रोटी सेक ले.
- Put mixture in triangular shape at middle of roti..
- उसपर आलू स्टफ्फिंग रोटिपर डाले.
- Grate cheese over it.
- चीज डाले.
- Fold it in triangular shape and roast it on pan using butter.
- रोटी को फोल्ड करे . तवेपर या ग्रिल पैन पर बटर लगाकर क्रिस्पी होने तक सेक ले.
- So your SweetCorn veggie Triangles is ready......😋😋😍
Bonus tip:
- You may use many vegetable as per your choice like Beetroot, green peas.
This recipe is very healthy..oil free ... easy and too much tasty 😋..Must try it.
