So today's recipe is Atta mini Pizza..
One new tasty and so much healthy cheesy recipe for you.. Try this at home..

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Wheat flour - 1 cup गेहू का आटा - 1 कप Rice flour- 1/2 cup चावल का आटा- 1/2 कप Sweet corn - 1 cup स्वीट कॉर्न - 1 कप Eno - 1/2 tsp एनो- 1/2 चम्मच Lemon juice - 2 tsp नींबू का रस - 2 चम्मच curry leaves, Green chilli - 2 करी पत्ते,हरी मिर्च-2 Curd - 1 cup दही- 1 कप Capsicum - 1 cup शिमला मिर्च - 1 कप Tomato- 1/2 cup टमाटर- 1/2 कप asafetida cumin powder- 1/2 tsp हींग जीरा पाउडर - 1/2 चम्मच Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर -2 Onion - 1 medium sized प्याज़ - 1 Pavbhaji masala - 1 tsp पावभाजी मसाला - 1 चम्मच coriander ,salt as per need. हरा धनिया , नमक स्वादानुसार
Procedure :-
- Take a onion, tomato, sweetcorn ,capsicum, curry leaves , asafetida cumin powder ,pavbhaji masala ,coriander , salt in bowl .
- कटोरे में एक प्याज, टमाटर, स्वीट कॉर्न, शिमला मिर्च, करी पत्ता, हींग जीरा पाउडर, पावभाजी मसाला, धनिया, नमक लें।
- Take a wheat flour , rice flour in bowl .Add salt and water in it and make a medium thick batter..
- कटोरे में गेहूं का आटा, चावल का आटाऔर नमक डाले और पानी मिलाएं और मध्यम गाढ़ा घोल बनाएं।
- Add eno and lemon juice in it and slightly mix it.
- इसमें एनो और नींबू का रस डालें और थोड़ा मिलाएं।.
- Take a pan and and make a small medium thin circles .
- एक पैन लें और एक छोटा सा मध्यम पतला घेरा बनाएं.
- Put our vegetable mixture on it. Add butter or oil over it .
- इस पर हमारी सब्जी का मिश्रण डालें। इसके ऊपर मक्खन या तेल डालें
- Grate cheese over it and Make them crispy on medium low flame..
- इसके ऊपर पनीर कद्दूकस करें और उन्हें मध्यम आंच पर कुरकुरा बनाएं। .
- So your Atta mini Pizza is ready......😋😋😍

- You may use many vegetable as per your choice like Beetroot, green peas.
