Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- bhagar powder- 1cup भगर आटा - 1 कप sweet potato- 1 शकरकंद - 1 potato - 1 boiled आलू - 1 boiled Red chilli powder लाल मिर्च पाउडर Sago powder - 2 tsp साबूदाना आटा- 2 चम्मच Coriander ,Green chilli हरा धनिया ,हरी मिर्च cumin seeds -1/4 tsp जिरा - 1/4 चम्मच Sugar -1/2 tsp शक्कर- 1/2 चम्मच lemon juice -1/2 tsp नींबू - 1/2 tsp salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार
Procedure :-
- Take a bowl. Add potato, sweet potato, green chilli paste, coriander ,sugar, salt, lemon juice in it. .
- एक बाउल मे आलू,शकरकंद, हरी मिर्च पेस्ट, हरा धनिया, नमक, शक्कर डाले.
- Mix all ingredients in it and make a small vada.
- सारी सामग्री मिला दे,और छोटे वडे बनाये.
- Take sago flour, bhagar flour, red chilli powder, salt in it.
- एक बाउल मे भगर आटा, साबूदाना आटा, लाल मिर्च पाउडर , नमक मिला दे.
- Add water and make a batter.
- पानी डालकर बॅटर बना लें.
- So your Fast special aloo vada is Ready.........You can serve with coconut chatni, green chatni or fast special sambhar..
Bonus tip:
- You can skip sweet potato.
