Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Bhagar - 1cup भगर - 1 कप sweet potato- 1 शकरकंद - 1 boiled potato - 1 boiled आलू - 1 boiled Green chilli हरी मिर्च salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार Coriander , curd हरा धनिया, दही cumin seeds -1/4 tsp जिरा - 1/4 चम्मच Sugar - 1/2 tsp शक्कर- 1/2 चम्मच
Procedure :-
- Take a kadhai. Add 1 cup bhagar and 2 cup of water and cook for 3-4 mins.
- कढाई में 1 कप भगर 1 कप पानी डाले 3 - 4 मिनिट के लिये पकाले.
- Take a bowl. Add potato, sweet potato, green chilli paste, coriander ,sugar, salt ,cooked bhagar in it. .
- एक बाउल मे आलू,शकरकंद, हरी मिर्च पेस्ट, हरा धनिया, नमक, शक्कर, भगर डाले.
- Mix all ingredients in it .
- सारी सामग्री मिला दे.
- make a small vada.
- और छोटे वडे बनाये.
- Take a appe mold and put all in it.
- आपें तवेपर रखे.
- So your Dahi Vada .. Fast Special is Ready.........
