Potato Mini Thalipeeth

So today's healthy recipe is Potato Mini Thalipeeth.
We all love to eat tasty crispy and little bit of tangy taste and little bit of sweet taste .
So today I am going to share my new unique recipe with you. Which is filled with just wow taste ..So enjoy the taste of recipe .

Ingredients:





Ingredients :-   
 सामग्री :-  
 Tomato- 1/2 cup        टमाटर- 1 कप
 Potato -  3  आलू - 3
 Onion - 1/2 cup  प्याज - 1/2 कप
 chickpea flour- 1/2 cup  चना का आटा - 1/2 कप
 Rice flour- 1/2 cup  चावल का आटा- 1/2 कप
 Sugar- 1 tsp  चीनी- 1 चम्मच
 Green chilli- 1/2  हरी मिर्च- 1/2
 Curry leaves  करी पत्ते
 Lemon juice - 2 tsp  नींबू का रस - 2 चम्मच
 Coriander  हरा धनिया
 Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp  लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 चम्मच
 Cumin seeds powder- 1/2 tsp  जीरा पाउडर  - 1/2 चम्मच
 Salt as per taste  नमक स्वादानुसार
 

Procedure :- 



  • Take a bowl Peel and grate potato in it .Add remaining ingredients in it..
  • बाउल में कच्चे आलू ले छिलका उतारकर कद्दूकस कर ले.उसमें सारी सामग्री मिला दे, 

  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • सभी सामग्री को अच्छी तरह मिलाएं. 

  • Spread oil on pan and then Spread thin layer of mixture on pan and make small circles.
  • तवेपर तेल लगा के पतला फेला दे और छोटे वृत्त बनाएं. 
  • Roast it on pan using oil from both sides.
  • अच्छी तरह दोनो तरफ से सेक ले

   So your Easy tasty Healthy Potato Mini Thalipeeth. Serve it with coconut chatni or curd.....💗💗💗💗


Bonus tip:

  • You may add sweet potatos to become more healthy and sweet.
