Methi Toast .. Fenugreek Toast


Hey Friends..Today I come up with one healthy recipe ..which is a METHI TOAST...It is very healthy and tasty...Must try it friends and don't forget to comment if you have any questions or suggestions...💖💖

 सामग्री :-  
 Fenugreek - 1 cup          मेथी -  1 कप
 Gram flour - 1/2 cup  बेसन - 1/2 कप
  Rice flour - 1/4 cup  चावल का  आटा - 1/4 कप
 Coriander  हरा धनिया
 Lemon juice - 2 tsp  नींबू का रस - 2 चम्मच
 Bread slices  ब्रेड स्लाइज 
 Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp  अजवाइन -1/2 चम्मच
 Sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp  तिल- 1/2 चम्मच
 Black sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp  काले तिल -1/2 चम्मच
 Green chilli - 2  हरी मिर्च - 2
 Turmeric - 1/4 tsp  हल्दी - 1/4 चम्मच
 Garlic -6 pieces  लसन - 6 कलिया
 Salt as per taste  नमक स्वादानुसार
 

Procedure :- 


Step 1

  • Take a bowl.Add gram flour..Cut fine fenugreek and add it.Add rice flour,green coriander,lemon juice,carom seeds,black and white sesame seeds, turmeric,salt in it..
  • बाउल में बेसन, मेथी बारीक काटकर, चावल का आटा, हरा धनिया, नींबू का रस, अजवाइन, काले तिल, तिल, हल्दी, नमक डाले.

Step 2


  • Add water and make a fine batter with medium consistency.
  • पानी डालकर बॅटर बना दे, मीडियम कंसिस्टेंसी हो,

Step 3

  • Now spread batter on one side of bread.
  • अब ब्रेड स्लाइज की एक तरफ बॅटर को फेला दे .

Step 4


  • Spread butter or oil on pan and roast first from batter side 
  • तवेपर तेल, घी या बटर लगाकर बॅटर वाली बाजू तवेपर डाले, 2 मिनीट स्लो गॅस पर सिकने दे

Step 5
  • Then from other side till it become crispy..
  • फिर दूसरी तरफ बटर लगाकर क्रिस्पी होने तक सेके...

   So your Easy tasty Healthy Methi Toast is ready.Serve it with green chatni or sauce.....💗💗💗💗


Bonus tip:

  • You may add Palak in it.
  • You may use chesse in it.
