Welcome to the special week of Diwali festival. In this series I am going to upload tasty delicious and simple and healthy recipes.

So today's recipe is Garlic sev.

Ingredients:




Ingredients :-   
 सामग्री :-  
 Rice flour- 1/2 cup       चावल का आटा - 1/2 कप
 Gram flour-2 cup बेसन - 2 कप
 Garlic-15 pieces लहसुन - 15 टुकड़े
 carom seeds-1/2 tsp अजवाइन- 1 / 2 चम्मच
 Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर -1 / 2 चम्मच
 turmeric-1/4 tsp हल्दी- 1/4 चम्मच
 salt as per tasteनमक स्वादानुसार

Procedure :- 



  • Grind Garlic in mixer with the help of water and make a paste..
  • लहसुन को पानी की मदद से मिक्सर में पीसकर पेस्ट बना लें ।
  •  


  • Make a fine powder of carom seeds and sock that powder in 2 3 spoon of water.
  • अजवाइन का बारीक चूर्ण बना लें और उस चूर्ण को 2 3 चम्मच पानी में मिलाएं।


  • Add all ingredients in bowl also add strained our garlic paste and carom seeds paste in it.
  • कटोरे में सभी सामग्री डालें और इसमें हमारे लहसुन का पेस्ट और अजवाइन का पेस्ट छानकर भी डालें।
  • Mix it well to make a dough as shown in picture and Put the dough in sev maker.
  • चित्र में दिखाए अनुसार आटा बनाने के लिए इसे अच्छी तरह मिलाएं.और सेव बनाने वाली मशीन में आटा डालें।
  • Make a sev directly in oil and make it crispy on medium low flame.
  • तेल में सीधे सेव बनाएं और इसे मध्यम आंच पर कुरकुरा बनाएं।

   So your Easy tasty Garlic sev  is ready.....💗💗💗💗


Bonus tip:


  • Don't fry sev on too high flame.
  • Don't add hot oil while mixing a mixture.
