Today I am going to upload a special tasty recipe for you .. Season of green chickpeas is going on and you must try some simple recipes of green chickpeas.. So my today's recipe is Spicy Kachori. Wow today I have made small size Green Chick-peas Kachori. So why are you waiting .. Just read the recipe and make it.

Ingredients:





Ingredients :-   
 सामग्री :-  
 All purpose flour- 2cups   मैदा - 2 कप
 Green chickpeas- 1 cup  हरा चना-  1 कप
 potato - 1 boiled  आलू - 1 boiled
 Red chilli powder -1 tsp  लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1 tsp
 Pavbhaji Masala- 1 tsp  पावभाजी मसाला- 1 tsp
 Coriander हरा धनिया
 Coriander seed and cumin seeds -1/4 tsp  धनिया  जिरा पाउडर- 1/4 चम्मच
 carom seeds-1/2 tsp  अजवाइन- 1/2 चम्मच
 Salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार
How to make a Coconut chatni?

How to make a green chatni? 


Procedure :- 



  • Take a bowl. Add All purpose flour, carom seeds and salt in it. .
  • एक बाउल मे मैदा,अजवाइन और नमक डालें।


  • Mix all ingredients and make a dough.
  • सारी सामग्री मिला दे, अच्छी तरह आटा गूंथ लें.  
  • Take green chickpeas and coriander. Grind them in mixer.
  • हरा चना और धनिया लें। उन्हें मिक्सर में पीस लें।
  • Smash the boiled potato.
  • उबले हुए आलू को स्मैश करें।
  • Take a oil in pan. Let it hot, add onion and let it become a golden brown. 
  • पैन में तेल लें। इसे गर्म होने दें, प्याज डालें और इसे सुनहरा भूरा होने दें।
  • Add chickpeas mixture , smashed potato, salt, carom-coriander seeds powder, red chilli powder in it.
  • इसमें हरा चना का मिश्रण, आलू, नमक,  लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया  जिरा पाउडर मिलाएं
  • Mix it well and cook for 2 mins.
  • इसे अच्छे से मिलाएं और 2 मिनट तक पकाएं।.

  • Now make a circle of dough. Put mixture on it . 
  • अब आटे की एक रोटी बनाएं, इस पर मिश्रण डालें।.
  • Cover it properly as per shown in picture.
  • चित्र में दिखाए अनुसार इसे ठीक से कवर करें।
  • Make it circular by free hands.
  • इसे मुक्त हाथों से गोलाकार बनाएं।

  • Fry the Kachori in hot oil.
  • कचौड़ी को गरम तेल में तलें ।

    This recipe is specially for children who do not eat vegetables separately .So I came up with the new innovative recipe which is very tasty and healthy as it is having lot many vegetables and moong pulses is also It is rich in Vitamin A, B, C and E and also in many minerals including iron, calcium, and many more..💖💖

     सामग्री :-  
     moong pulses - 1 cup soaked    मूंग की दाल - 1 कप भिगोया हुआ
     Rice flour- 1/2 cup    चावल का आटा- 1/2 कप
     Sweet corn - 1 cup  स्वीट कॉर्न - 1 कप
     Eno/baking soda - 1/2 tsp  एनो/बेकिंग सोडा- 1/2 चम्मच
     Lemon juice - 2 tsp  नींबू का रस - 2 चम्मच
     curry leaves, Green chilli - 2  करी पत्ते,हरी मिर्च-2
     Curd - 1 cup  दही- 1 कप
     coriander  हरा धनिया 
     Tomato- 1/2 cup   टमाटर- 1/2 कप
     asafetida cumin powder- 1/2 tsp   हींग जीरा पाउडर - 1/2 चम्मच
     Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp  लाल मिर्च पाउडर -2
     Onion - 1 medium sized  प्याज़ - 1
     Pavbhaji masala - 1 tsp  पावभाजी मसाला - 1 चम्मच
     salt  as per need.  नमक स्वादानुसार


    Procedure :- 



    • Take a onion, tomato, sweetcorn , curry leaves , asafetida cumin powder ,pavbhaji masala ,coriander , salt in bowl .
    • कटोरे में एक प्याज, टमाटर, स्वीट कॉर्न, करी पत्ता, हींग जीरा पाउडर, पावभाजी मसाला, धनिया, नमक लें। 



    • Take a soaked moong pulses , green chilli and grind it n mixer to make paste.
    • भिगोया हुआ मूंग दाल, हरी मिर्च लें और पेस्ट बनाने के लिए मिक्सर में पीस लें। 
    • Add salt, curd ,sugar, rice flour ,eno/baking soda , lemon juice and water in it and make a medium thick batter.
    • इसमें नमक, दही, चीनी, चावल का आटा, ईनो / बेकिंग सोडा, नींबू का रस और पानी मिलाएं और एक मध्यम गाढ़ा घोल बनाएं।


    • Take a pan and and make a small medium thin circles and put mixture over it .
    • एक पैन लें और एक छोटा सा मध्यम पतला घेरा बनाएं और उस पर मिश्रण डालें |

    • Add butter or oil over it and make crispy from both sides .
    • इसके ऊपर मक्खन या तेल डालें और दोनों तरफ से क्रिस्पी बनाएं |

    INGREDIENTS

    Ingredients :-   
     सामग्री :-  
     Wheat flour - 1 cup                       गेहू का आटा - 1 कप
     Rice flour- 1/2 cup    चावल का आटा- 1/2 कप
     Sweet corn - 1 cup  स्वीट कॉर्न - 1 कप
     Eno - 1/2 tsp  एनो- 1/2 चम्मच
     Lemon juice - 2 tsp  नींबू का रस - 2 चम्मच
     curry leaves, Green chilli - 2  करी पत्ते,हरी मिर्च-2
     Curd - 1 cup  दही- 1 कप
     Capsicum - 1 cup  शिमला मिर्च - 1 कप
     Tomato- 1/2 cup   टमाटर- 1/2 कप
     asafetida cumin powder- 1/2 tsp   हींग जीरा पाउडर - 1/2 चम्मच
     Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp  लाल मिर्च पाउडर -2
     Onion - 1 medium sized  प्याज़ - 1
     Pavbhaji masala - 1 tsp  पावभाजी मसाला - 1 चम्मच
     coriander ,salt  as per need.  हरा धनिया , नमक स्वादानुसार


    Procedure :- 


    STEP 1

    • Take a onion, tomato, sweetcorn ,capsicum, curry leaves , asafetida cumin powder ,pavbhaji masala ,coriander , salt in bowl .
    • कटोरे में एक प्याज, टमाटर, स्वीट कॉर्न, शिमला मिर्च, करी पत्ता, हींग जीरा पाउडर, पावभाजी मसाला, धनिया, नमक लें। 


    STEP 2

    • Take a wheat flour , rice flour in bowl .Add salt and water in it and make a medium thick batter..
    • कटोरे में गेहूं का आटा, चावल का आटाऔर नमक डाले और पानी मिलाएं और मध्यम गाढ़ा घोल बनाएं। 
    STEP 3
    • Add eno and lemon juice in it and slightly mix it.
    • इसमें एनो और नींबू का रस डालें और थोड़ा मिलाएं।.


    STEP 4
    • Take a pan and and make a small medium thin circles .
    • एक पैन लें और एक छोटा सा मध्यम पतला घेरा बनाएं.

    STEP 5
    • Put our vegetable mixture on it. Add butter or oil over it .
    • इस पर हमारी सब्जी का मिश्रण डालें। इसके ऊपर मक्खन या तेल डालें 

    STEP 6
    • Grate cheese over it and Make them crispy on medium low flame..
    • इसके ऊपर पनीर कद्दूकस करें और उन्हें मध्यम आंच पर कुरकुरा बनाएं। .

    Aloo Lachha pakoda

    Hey Friends .Today I am going to show you one street food ..That everyone loves to eat.. So Today's special recipe by me which is tasty Aloo Lachha pakoda.. Must try it at home. It is really too much tasty .. Must try once .. too much healthy recipe...💖💖 

    Ingredients:

    Ingredients :-   
     सामग्री :-  
     Gram flour - 1/2 cup               बेसन-1/2 कप
     Rice flour- 1/4 cup    चावल का आटा - 1/4 कप
     Coriander, oil  हरा धनिया,तेल 
     Green chilli -2  हरी मिर्च - 2
     Potato 3   आलू - 3
     carom seeds- 1/ tsp  अजवाइन 1/2 चम्मच
     Salt as per taste   नमक स्वादानुसार
     Baking soda - 1/4 tsp   बेकिंग सोडा 1/4चम्मच
     

    Procedure :- 


    Step 1
    • Peel the potato first.
    • आलू के छिलके निकाले.
    Step 2

    • Grate it thick and long.
    • आलू को कद्दूकस कर लें.

    Step 3
    • Add remaining ingredients in it.
    • बाकी सामग्री डाले.

    Step 4

    • Add pinch of water , mix it well .
    • थोड़ा पानी डालकर गाढा बॅटर बना लें.

    Step 5
    • Fry it in hot oil till become crispy.
    • गरम तेल में क्रिस्पी होने तक तले.

        So today's recipe is  Sweetcorn paneer momos..

         सामग्री :-  
         Wheat flour - 1 cup                       गेहू का आटा - 1 कप
         All purpose flour- 1 cup    मैदा- 1 कप
         Sweet corn - 1 cup  स्वीट कॉर्न - 1 कप
         Paneer- 1/2 cup   पनीर - 1/2 कप
         Green chilli -2  हरी मिर्च -2
         Onion - 1 medium sized  प्याज़ - 1
         Pavbhaji masala - 1 tsp  पावभाजी मसाला - 1 चम्मच
         coriander ,salt  as per need.  हरा धनिया , नमक स्वादानुसार


        Procedure :- 


        Step 1

        • Take a wheat flour , all purpose flour in bowl .Add salt in it..
        • गेहू के आटे में मैदा और नमक डाले, 


        Step 2

        • Mix it and make a soft dough. 
        • अच्छी तरह आटा गूंथ लें.  
        Step 3
        • Mix a sweetcorn and green chilli crush. 
        • स्वीटकॉर्न पनीर मिक्सर मैं पिसे.


        Step 4
        • Take a pan and fry onion in 2 tsp oil till it become golden brown in color.
        • कढ़ाई में 2चम्मच तेल डालकर प्याज़ बुन्हे.

        Step 5
        • Add sweetcorn ,paneer, green chilli paste coriander, pav-bhaji masala , salt, sugar in it and cook for 2 mins.
        • उसमे कुद्दुकस किया पनिर , स्वीट कॉर्न पिसकर, धनिया, पावभाजी मसाला, हरी मिर्च, नमक मिला लें ., 

        Step 6
        • Make a small balls and roll them.
        • छोटी लोई बनाकर बेले . 

        Step 7
        • Put mixture at middle of roti.
        • उसपर स्टफ्फिंग रोटिपर डाले. 

        Step 8
        • Make a small momos.
        • मोमोज़ बनाले.
        Step 9
        • Put water in kadhai.
        • कढाई में पानी डाले .

        Step 10
        • Put momos over sieve. and cook for 5 mins.
        • छलनी में  मोमोज़  रखे.5मिनीट स्टीम करे..
