Beetroot Khandvi
Hey Friends..This is a new advancement in traditional khandvi..We
generally doesn't like beetroot but it is too healthy..This recipe is of
beetroot + our favorite khandvi..Trust me this combo is too much
tasty..Must try it friends and don't forget to comment if you have any

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Gram flour - 1 cup बेसन-1 कप Curd - 1 cup दही -1 कप Water - 1 cup पानी- 1 कप Green chilli - 2 हरीमिर्च - 2 Beetroot juice-1 cup चुकंदर - 1 कप Sugar - 1 tsp शक्कर - 1चम्मच Salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार Oil - 2 tsp तेल 2 चम्मच Mustered seeds राई Curry leaves करीपत्ता Green chilli हरी मिर्च sesame seeds तिल Coriander हरा धनिया
Procedure :-
- Take a Gram flour in bowl add curd, green chilli paste, turmeric,sugar,salt in it.Add water and beetroot juice and while adding stir it for 1 minute .And mix it well.
- बेसन मे दही, हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट,हल्दी, शक्कर, नमक मिलाये,थोडा थोडा पानी ,चुकंदर रस डालकर फेटे.
- Put mixture in kadhai.keep cooking and stirring for 10 minutes till batter gets thick.Make sure it does not create a lumps.
- कढाई मे डाले और हिलाते रहिये नही तो गुठली बन जायेगी, गाढा होने तक, 5 मिनीट तक पकाये.
- Spread on steel dish .
- थाली पर फेलाए.

Make it cool and cut strips and roll them😋😋😋
- Take a tadka pan add oil,mustered seeds,til,curry leaves ,green chilli in it.
- And spread tadka on our rolls.
- ठंडा होने के बाद ,कट करके रोल करे,तडके के लिए तेल में राई करीपत्ता, तिल, हरी मिर्च डाले, रोल पर तड़का डाले....
So you Beetroot Khandvi is ready......💗💗💗💗
Bonus tip:
For checking mixture cooked perfectly or not ..First take a spoon
of mixture on dish and spread and check if it is rolling property or
not..If it is rolling then your mixture is cooked perfectly.
