Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Sago and bhagar powder- 1cup भगर आटा - 1 कप sweet potato- 1 boiled शकरकंद - 1उबला हुआ potato - 1 boiled आलू - 1 उबला हुआ peanut crush - 2 tsp मूंगफली क्रश - 2 चम्मच Coriander हरा धनिया Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1/2 चम्मच salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार
Procedure :-
- Roast sago and bhagar in mixer and make a powder.
- Take a bowl. Add boiled smashed potato, sweet potato, all spices, salt, Sago and bhagar powder in it.
- भगर को रोस्ट करके आटा बना ले.
- शकरकंद, आलू उबाल लें और मसल लें ,उसमें भगर आटा, मसाले, नमक मिलाये
- Mix it well and make a dough.
- अच्छी तरह मिलाकर आटा गूंथ लें.
- Make a lollipop using stick.
- स्टिक पर लगा ले,
- Shallow fry them from all sides to become a crispy..
- तवेपर तेल डालकर शालो फ्राय करे.
Bonus tip:
- You can green chilli instead of red chilli powder.
