Oats Veggie upma

So today's recipe is Oats Veggie upma...

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Oats - 1 cup ओट्स 1 कप onion -1cup प्याज़ - 1 कप Sweetcorn carrot-1/2 cup each स्वीटकॉर्न गाजर - 1/2 कप Green peas - 1/2 cup हरे मटर- 1/2 कप Sugar - 1tsp शक्कर, - 1 चम्मच Coriander हरा धनिया oil - 1/2 cup तेल - 1/2 कप Green chilli - 2 हरी मिर्च - 2 Lemon juice - 3 tsp नींबू का जूस - 3 चम्मच Garlic - 4 to 5 लसन - 4 5 mustard seeds/cumin seeds-1/2 tsp राई/जिरा - 1/2 चम्मच Salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार peanuts- 1 tsp मूंगफली - 1 चम्मच turmeric - 1/4 tsp हल्दी - 1/4 चम्मच asafetida-1/4 tsp हिंग - 1/4 चम्मच
Procedure :-
- Take a Kadhai and roast it well.
- कढाई में ओट्स को अच्छी तरह भूने.
- Take a kadhai put oil. Let it become hot then add mustered seeds, onion in it cook till it become golden brown.
- कढाई में तेल डालकर तड़का बनाये राई,प्याज़ डाले सुन्हेरा होने तक भूने.
- Add vegetables and masala in it.
- बाकी सब्जियां और मसाले डालकर भूने
Bonus tip:
- You can add any vegetables in it like broccoli.
- You may add coconut crush for decoration.
