Welcome to the special week of Kids Special. In this series I am going to upload tasty delicious and simple and healthy recipes.
So today's recipe is Oats Veggie upma...

 सामग्री :-  
 Oats - 1 cup       ओट्स 1 कप
 onion -1cup प्याज़ - 1 कप 
 Sweetcorn carrot-1/2 cup each स्वीटकॉर्न गाजर - 1/2 कप
 Green peas - 1/2 cup हरे मटर- 1/2 कप 
 Sugar - 1tsp  शक्कर, - 1 चम्मच
 Coriander हरा धनिया
 oil - 1/2 cup तेल - 1/2 कप
 Green chilli - 2  हरी मिर्च - 2
 Lemon juice - 3 tsp नींबू का जूस - 3 चम्मच
 Garlic - 4 to 5लसन - 4 5
 mustard seeds/cumin seeds-1/2 tspराई/जिरा - 1/2 चम्मच 
 Salt as per tasteनमक स्वादानुसार
 peanuts- 1 tspमूंगफली - 1 चम्मच
 turmeric - 1/4 tspहल्दी -  1/4 चम्मच
 asafetida-1/4 tspहिंग - 1/4 चम्मच
 

Procedure :- 



Step 1
  • Take a Kadhai and roast it well.
  • कढाई में ओट्स को अच्छी तरह भूने.


Step 2
  • Take a kadhai put oil. Let it become hot then add mustered seeds, onion in it cook till it become golden brown.
  • कढाई में तेल डालकर तड़का बनाये राई,प्याज़ डाले सुन्हेरा होने तक भूने.
Step 3
  • Add vegetables and masala in it.
  • बाकी सब्जियां और मसाले डालकर भूने
Step 4
  • Add oats ,add 2 cups of water and cook it for  5 mins.
  • ओट्स डाले भुने , 2 कप पानी डालकर 5 मिनीट पकाये.
Step 5
  • Add lemon juice, coriander for decoration.
  • नींबू का जूस मिलाकर देसी घी डालकर हरा धनिया  से सजाये.

Bonus tip:


  • You can add any vegetables in it like broccoli.
  • You may add coconut crush for decoration.
