Hey Friends .Today I am going to show you one tasty easy very healthy ..Kids special .. Diet special Recipe.. Must try it .... Oil free.. very healthy recipe...💖💖

 सामग्री :-  
 Sweet corn - 1 cup                  स्वीटकॉर्न 1 कप
 Semolina - 2 tsp  सूजी/रवा - 2चम्मच
 Carrot - 1/4 cup  गाजर - 1/4 कप
 Onion -1   प्याज - 1
 Curry leaves-4 to 5 ,Coriander   करीपत्ता,हरा धनिया
 Green chilli - 2 to 3   हरी मिर्च - 2
 Curd - 1/2 cup  दही - 1/2 कप
 Rice Flour - 2 tsp  चावल का आटा 2चम्मच
 Sugar - 1/2 tsp  शक्कर 1/ 2 चम्मच
 Oats - 1 cup  ओट्स 1 कप
 Soda -1/2 tsp and Salt as per need  बेकिंग सोडा - 1/2 चम्मच,नमक स्वादानुसार
 

Procedure :- 


Step 1
  • Take a Kadhai and roast it well.
  • कढाई में ओट्स को अच्छी तरह भूने.


Step 2
  • Grind it in mixer make a fine powder.
  • भूने ओट्स की मिक्सी में पावडर बना ले.

Step 3
  • Take a bowl ... Mix all ingredients in it.
  • बाउल मैं सभी सामग्री ले ,अच्छी तरह मिलाये,
Step 4
  • Take a appe pan spread all in pan and put mixture in it.
  • अप्पे पात्र को तेल लगाकर थोडा थोडा बॅटर डाले, .

Oats Veggie Appe final
  • Roast from both sides.. You may cover it and Roast using oil on low medium flame.
  • ढककर 2/3 मिनीट धिमी आंच पर पकाये.अब पलटकर तेल लगाकर मीडियम गॅस पर अच्छी तरह पकने दे.
  • So your Oats Veggie Appe is Ready.........

    Bonus tip:

    • You may mix all mixture except soda and lemon juice before half hr and after add this 2 ingredients and instant make them.So that your appe will become more spongy.
    • You can add vegetables You like.

               
              This recipe is very healthy.. Oats Veggie Appe ..oil free.. easy and too much tasty 😋..Must try it.
