Welcome to the special week of Gauri ganpati festival.In this series I am going to upload tasty delicious and simple and healthy recipes.
So today's recipe is Dates dryfruits modak.
Super healthy AND Super tasty....

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- peanuts- 2 cup खजूर - 1 कप Milk powder-1/2cup काजू, बादाम - 1/2 कप sesame seeds- 2tsp तिल - 2 चम्मच cardamom powder-1/4 tsp इलायची पाउडर- 1/4 चम्मच
Procedure :-
- Roast sesame seeds for 1 min.
- कढाई में तिल को 1 मिनीट भूने
- Remove seeds of dates and roast them for 2 mins.
- खजूर के बीज निकालकर 2 मिनीट भूने.
.
- Roast Cashew and almonds for 1 min and grind them.
- काजू बादाम को 1मिनीट भूने,मिक्सर में दरदरा पीस लें
- Grind dates in mixer.
- खजूर को मिक्सी मे अच्छी तरह पीस लें .
- Mix dates mixture ,sesame seeds ,cardamom powder and Make a dough.
- काजू बादाम पावडर,इलायची पावडर, पिसे खजूर तिल को अच्छी तरह मिलाकर गोला बना दे.
- Grease ghee on mould put mixture in it .Make a modak or any shape .
- मोदक साचे को घी लगाकर मिश्रन डाले .मोदक बना दे.
So your Easy tasty sweet Simple Dates dryfruits modak is ready.....💗💗💗💗

- You can add pista and any dry fruits as per your like.
