So today's recipe is  Moongdal pizza uttapam..
One new tasty and so much healthy cheesy recipe for you..

This recipe is specially for children who do not eat vegetables separately .So I came up with the new innovative recipe which is very tasty and healthy as it is having lot many vegetables and moong pulses is also It is rich in Vitamin A, B, C and E and also in many minerals including iron, calcium, and many more..💖💖

Ingredients:




Ingredients :-   
 सामग्री :-  
 moong pulses - 1 cup soaked    मूंग की दाल - 1 कप भिगोया हुआ
 Rice flour- 1/2 cup    चावल का आटा- 1/2 कप
 Sweet corn - 1 cup  स्वीट कॉर्न - 1 कप
 Eno/baking soda - 1/2 tsp  एनो/बेकिंग सोडा- 1/2 चम्मच
 Lemon juice - 2 tsp  नींबू का रस - 2 चम्मच
 curry leaves, Green chilli - 2  करी पत्ते,हरी मिर्च-2
 Curd - 1 cup  दही- 1 कप
 coriander  हरा धनिया 
 Tomato- 1/2 cup   टमाटर- 1/2 कप
 asafetida cumin powder- 1/2 tsp   हींग जीरा पाउडर - 1/2 चम्मच
 Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp  लाल मिर्च पाउडर -2
 Onion - 1 medium sized  प्याज़ - 1
 Pavbhaji masala - 1 tsp  पावभाजी मसाला - 1 चम्मच
 salt  as per need.  नमक स्वादानुसार


Procedure :- 



  • Take a onion, tomato, sweetcorn , curry leaves , asafetida cumin powder ,pavbhaji masala ,coriander , salt in bowl .
  • कटोरे में एक प्याज, टमाटर, स्वीट कॉर्न, करी पत्ता, हींग जीरा पाउडर, पावभाजी मसाला, धनिया, नमक लें। 



  • Take a soaked moong pulses , green chilli and grind it n mixer to make paste.
  • भिगोया हुआ मूंग दाल, हरी मिर्च लें और पेस्ट बनाने के लिए मिक्सर में पीस लें। 
  • Add salt, curd ,sugar, rice flour ,eno/baking soda , lemon juice and water in it and make a medium thick batter.
  • इसमें नमक, दही, चीनी, चावल का आटा, ईनो / बेकिंग सोडा, नींबू का रस और पानी मिलाएं और एक मध्यम गाढ़ा घोल बनाएं।


  • Take a pan and and make a small medium thin circles and put mixture over it .
  • एक पैन लें और एक छोटा सा मध्यम पतला घेरा बनाएं और उस पर मिश्रण डालें |

  • Add butter or oil over it and make crispy from both sides .
  • इसके ऊपर मक्खन या तेल डालें और दोनों तरफ से क्रिस्पी बनाएं |

Bonus tip:

  • You may use many vegetable as per your choice like Beetroot, green peas.
