Mung dal Triangle

Today I come up with one healthy recipe ..
KIDS SPECIAL..
which is a Mung dal Triangle...It is very healthy and tasty...Must try it friends and don't

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Mung pulses- 1 cup मूंग दाल - 1 कप Sweetcorn - 1/2 cup स्वीटकॉर्न -1/2 कप Curd- 1/2 cup दही -1/2 कप Coriander, curry leaves हरा धनिया, करीपत्ता Mustered seeds - 1 tsp राई - 1 चम्मच Lemon juice - 2 tsp नींबू का रस - 2 चम्मच Carrot - 1/2 cup गाजर -1/2 कप onion - 1/2 tsp प्याज-1/2 कप Sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp तिल- 1/2 चम्मच sugar - 1 tsp शक्कर- 1 चम्मच Green chilli - 2 हरी मिर्च - 2 Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp अजवाइन- 1/2 चम्मच Baking soda-1/2 tsp, Baking powder - 1/2 tsp बेकिंग सोडा -1/4 चम्मच,बेकिंग पाउडर- 1/2 चम्मच Salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार
Procedure :-
- Sock mung pulses for 3 hrs. Grind mung pulses, green chilli and curd in it.
- मूंग दाल को 3 घन्टे भिगोकर रख दें, मिक्सी में मूंग दाल हरी मिर्च,दही डालकर अच्छी तरह पिसे.
- Add onion , carrot , sweetcorn , green chilli , salt , sugar , baking powder , lemon juice in it and mix it well..
- मिश्रन में प्याज , गाजर, स्वीटकॉर्न, हरा धनिया, नमक,शक्कर, बेकिंग पाउडर, नींबू का जूस डाले,मिला लें.
- Take a pan. Add 2 tsp oil,mustered seeds, curry leaves and sesame seeds in it .
- पॅन में 2 चम्मच तेल डालकर राई, करीपत्ता, तिल का तड़का कर दे, तेल को पॅन मे चारो तरफ लगा दे.

Add mixture in it.
- मिश्रन डाले.
- Cover it and cook for 4-5 mins.
- ढक्कन लगाकर 4-5 मिनीट पकने दें,
- Add 1 tsp oil and turn (You can use another pan to do this)..
- उपर से 1 चम्मच तेल डाले.पलट दे. (अगर नहीं हो रहा है तो,दूसरे तवेपर पलटे).
- Then from other side till it become crispy and cut in triangular shapes..
- क्रिस्पी होने तक पकाये.ट्रेंगल शेप में कट करे.
So your Easy tasty Healthy Mung dal Triangle.Serve it
with green chatni or sauce.....💗💗💗💗

You may use mung pulses flour to do the instant recipe..
