So Today's recipe is Kids Special Ragi Garlic Cheesy dosa... Trust me it's very tasty ...n filled with too much tangy taste...

 सामग्री :-  
 Ragi flour- 1 cup        रागी आटा - 1 कप 
 Rice flour-1 cup  चावल का आटा - 1 कप
 garlic - 20 pieces लसन - 20 कलिया
 curd - 1 cup  दही - 1 कप
chilli flakes 1/2 tsp  चिली फ्लेक्स - 1/2 चम्मच
 lemon juice - 2 tsp नींबू का जूस - 2 चम्मच
 cheese butter  चीज, बटर
 Sugar - 1/2 tsp  शक्कर- 1/2 चम्मच
 Baking soda - 1/2 tsp  सोडा - 1/2 चम्मच
 Salt as per taste  नमक स्वादानुसार
 

Procedure :- 



Step 1
  • Take a bowl .Add ragi flour, rice flour, curd, salt, sugar, baking soda, lemon juice in it.
  • रागी का आटा, चावल का आटा, दही ,नमक, शक्कर, बेकिंग सोडा, नींबू का जूस मिलाये


Step 2
  • Add water and make thin batter.
  • पानी मिलाकर पतला बॅटर तैयार कर ले .

Step 3
  • Spread batter over it.Put garlic pieces and chilli flakes on it.
  • गरम तवेपर डाले.उसपर लसन पिसकर, चिली फ़ेक्स डाले

Step 4
  • spread cheese butter on it .
  • Make it crispy..
  • बटर, चीज डाले
  • धिमी आंच पर क्रिस्पी होने तक पकाये...

Bonus Tip:

  • If You may make thick batter to make a soft dosa and if you made thin batter then your dosa will become a crispy.
