Welcome to the special week of Kids special. In this series I am going to upload tasty delicious and simple and healthy recipes.
So today's recipe is Dates Ragi Dryfruit Laddu.
Super healthy AND Super tasty....
HIGH PROTEIN RECIPE.

Ingredients :-   
 सामग्री :-  
 dates- 1 cup       खजूर - 1 कप
 Ragi flour- 2 cup       रागी आटा - 1कप
 dry anjeer- 4              सूखे अंजीर - 4
 black sesame seeds- 1 tsp              काले तिल - 1 चम्मच
 ghee - 4 tsp घी - 4चम्मच
 cashew,almonds-1/2cup काजू, बादाम - 1/2 कप
 sesame seeds- 2tsp तिल - 2 चम्मच
 cardamom powder-1/4 tspइलायची पाउडर- 1/4 चम्मच

Procedure :- 



Step 1
  • Roast sesame seeds for 1 min.
  • कढाई में तिल को 1 मिनीट भूने

Step 2
  • Remove seeds of dates and roast them for 2 mins.
  • खजूर के बीज निकालकर 2 मिनीट भूने.

Step 3
  • Roast ragi flour for 2 3 min.
  • कढाई में रागी आटा डालकर अच्छी तरह भूने 2 चम्मच घी डालकर भूने, 

Step 4
  • Grind flour,cashew,almonds,anjeer,cardamom powder in mixer.
  • मिक्सी में डाले, काजू ,बादाम, अंजीर, इलायची पाउडर डालें
Step 5
  • Mix and grind properly make laddu.
  • सभी पीस लें 2 चम्मच घी मिलाकर लड्डू बना ले.
