So today's recipe is Healthy Veggie Daliya..

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Wheat crush- 1 1/2 cup गेहू का दलिया - 1 1/2 कप onion tomato-1cup each प्याज़ टमाटर - 1 कप each Sweetcorn carrot-1/2 cup each स्वीटकॉर्न गाजर - 1/2 कप Green peas - 1/2 cup हरे मटर- 1/2 कप jaggery - 1tsp गुड - 1 चम्मच Coriander हरा धनिया oil - 1/2 cup तेल - 1/2 कप Maggie masala - 1 tsp मॅगी मसाला - 1 चम्मच Lemon juice - 3 tsp नींबू का जूस - 3 चम्मच curry leaves करी पत्ता mustard seeds/cumin seeds-1/2 tsp राई/जिरा - 1/2 चम्मच Salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार Red chilli powder- 1 tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1 चम्मच turmeric - 1/4 tsp हल्दी - 1/4 चम्मच asafoetida -1/4 tsp हिंग - 1/4 चम्मच
Procedure :-
- Add two cups of water in wheat crush and cook it in cooker for 3 whistles.
- दलिया में 2 कप पानी डालकर कुकर में 3 सिटी होने तक पकाये,
- Take a kadhai put oil.Let it become hot then add mustered seeds,curry leaves,onion in it cook till it become golden brown.
- कढाई में तेल डालकर तड़का बनाये राई, जिरा, करीपत्ता ,प्याज़ डाले सुन्हेरा होने तक भूने.
- Add vegetables and masala in it.
- बाकी सब्जियां और मसाले डालकर भूने
Bonus tip:
- You can add any vegetables in it like broccoli.
