Fast special crispy Dosa

So Today's recipe is Fast Special CRISPY DOSA...Trust me it's very tasty
...n filled with too much tangy taste...

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Sago - 1/4 cup साबूदाना - 1/4 कप Barnyard Millet-1 cup भगर ( व्रत का चावल) -1 कप Peanut crush - 1/2 cup मूंगफली का क्रश - 1/2 कप curd - 1 cup दही - 1 कप cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp जिरा - 1/2 चम्मच Coriander हरा धनिया Green chilli - 2 हरी मिर्च- 2 Sugar - 1/2 tsp शक्कर- 1/2 चम्मच Baking soda - 1/2 tsp सोडा - 1/2 चम्मच Salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार
Procedure :-
- Make a fine powder of Sago and bhagar in mixer.
- Add water or curd in it ..Add green chilli paste,salt,sugar,coriander,peanut crush(half)in it and make batter.and rest for some time.
- साबूदाना और भगर को भूने और मिक्सी में पावडर बना ले. उसमे हरा धनिया, आधा जिरा, आधा मुगफली का क्रश, दही, हरी मिर्च पेस्ट, नमक मिलाकर रखें,
- Now add 1 tsp oil and soda in our batter.and mix well.Add water to make a proper consistency..
- अब बॅटर में 1चम्मच तेल और सोडा अच्छी तरह मिलाये , पतला बॅटर बनाना है, उतना पानी डाले..
- Spread oil on pan and spread batter over it.
- तवे पर तेल लगाकर चम्मच से बॅटर डाले , अच्छी तरह फेला दे,
- Make it crispy from both sides and serve it with potato sabji.
- दोनों तरफ से सेके, क्रिस्पी डोसा आलू की सब्जी के साथ परोसे.....
So your Easy tasty Healthy Fast special CRISPY DOSA is
ready.Serve it with or potato sabji coconut chatni or green
chatnii.....💗💗💗💗
BONUS TIP:
- If You may make thick batter to make a soft dosa and if you made thin batter then your dosa will become a crispy.
