So today's recipe is Crispy sticks.

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- wheat flour- 1 cup गेहू का आटा -1 कप All purpose flour-1 cup मैदा - 1 कप Rice flour-1/2 cup चावल का आटा - 1/2 कप sesame seeds-1/2 tsp तिल - 1/2 चम्मच carom seeds- 1/2tsp अजवाइन- 1/2 चम्मच black sesame seeds-1/2 tsp काले तिल - 1/2 चम्मच Salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार Red chilli powder- 1/2tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 चम्मच Oil तेल Dried fenugreek-1/2 tsp कसुरी मेथी- 1/2 चम्मच
Procedure :-
- Take a bowl. add all ingredients in it and add 1/4 cup hot oil.
- बाउल में सभी सामग्री ले . 1/4 कप गरम तेल डाले ( मोयन).
- Mix it well and make a dough.
- अच्छी तरह मिक्स करें.सख्त आटा गूंथ लें.

- Roll a thin circle.
- पतली रोटी बेले ,
- Cut sticks.
- स्टिक कट करे .
- Fry it in hot oil.
- गरम तेल में क्रिस्पी होने तक तले.
So your Easy tasty Crispy sticks is ready.....💗💗💗💗
Bonus tip:
- You can add cumin seeds in it.
- You may add beet juice, coriander in it.
