So today's recipe is Dal Chatpati.

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Gram pulses - 2 cup soaked चना दाल - 2 कप भिगोई हुई Green chilli - 2 / 3 हरी मिर्च - 2/3 Coriander हरा धनिया Lemon juice - 3 tsp नींबू का जूस - 3 चम्मच curry leaves करी पत्ता mustard seeds -1/2 tsp राई - 1/2 चम्मच Salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार sugar- 2tsp शक्कर - 2 चम्मच turmeric - 1/4 tsp हल्दी - 1/4 चम्मच asafoetida -1/4 tsp हिंग - 1/4 चम्मच
Procedure :-
- Sock pulses for 2- 3 hours.
- Take socked gram pulses,green chilli,coriander,salt in mixer and grind it lightly.
- चना दाल 2/ 3 घन्टे भिगोकर रख दें
- मिक्सी में भिगोई चना दाल, हरी मिर्च, धनिया, शक्कर, नमक डालकर दरदरा पीस लें
- Take a kadhai put 2 tsp oil.Let it become hot then add mustered seeds,curry leaves,turmeric,asafoetida in it.
- तडके के लिये कढाई में 2 चम्मच तेल गरम करें उसमें राई, करी पत्ता, हल्दी, हिंग डाले
.
- Put the tadaka over the mixture and add lemon juice in it.
- पिसी हुई दाल पर तड़का डाले .नींबू का जूस डालकर मिला लें...
Bonus tip:
- You can add Fresh Raw mango in mixture.
