Moong chana dal mixture .. Vatali dal mix

So today's recipe is Moong chana dal mixture .. Vatali dal mix .

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Gram pulses - 1 cup soaked चना दाल - 1 कप भिगोई हुई Green chilli - 2 / 3 हरी मिर्च - 2/3 Coriander हरा धनिया Coconut crush नारियल क्रश mung pulses 1 cup soaked मूंग दाल - 1 कप भिगोकर Lemon juice - 3 tsp नींबू का जूस - 3 चम्मच curry leaves करी पत्ता mustard seeds -1/2 tsp राई - 1/2 चम्मच Salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार sugar- 2tsp शक्कर - 2 चम्मच turmeric - 1/4 tsp हल्दी - 1/4 चम्मच asafoetida -1/4 tsp हिंग - 1/4 चम्मच
Procedure :-
- Sock pulses for 2- 3 hours.
- Take socked mung pulses,gram pulses,green chilli,jeera,sugar in mixer and grind it lightly.
- मूंग दाल और चना दाल 3 घन्टे भिगोकर रख दें
- दाल में हरी मिर्च नमक शक्कर जिरा मिलाकर पीस लें.
- Take a kadhai put 2 tsp oil.Let it become hot then add mustered seeds,curry leaves,turmeric,asafoetida in it.Add dal mixture in it and mix it well.
- कढाई में तेल 1/2 कप तेल गरम करें उसमे राई, करीपत्ता, हल्दी हिंग डाले
- पिसी हुई दाल डाले, मिक्स करें.
- Cover it and cook for 5 min.
- ढककर 5 मिनीट पकाये
- Color will change then add lemon juice.
- कलर चेंज हो जाता है और नींबू का जूस मिलाये.
Bonus tip:
- You can add Coconut crush and coriander for decoration.
