So Today's recipe is Kids Special Oats Palak Dosa...Trust me it's very tasty ...n filled with too much tangy taste...

Ingredients :-   
 सामग्री :-  
 Oats- 1 cup        ओट्स - 1कप 
 baking soda -1/4 tsp               बेकिंग सोडा -1/4 चम्मच
 Rice flour-2 tsp  चावल का आटा - 2 चम्मच
 Spinach- 10 leaves पालक - 10 पत्ते
 curd - 1/2 cup  दही - 1/2 कप
 Green chilli-2  हरी मिर्च - 2
 Coriander हरा धनिया
 Sugar - 1/2 tsp  शक्कर- 1/2 चम्मच
 garlic - 6 pieces  लसन 6 कलिया
 Salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार

Procedure :- 



Step 1
  • Take a Kadhai and roast it well.
  • कढाई में ओट्स को अच्छी तरह भूने.


Step 2
  • Grind it in mixer make a fine powder.
  • भूने ओट्स की मिक्सी में पावडर बना ले.

Step 3
  • Boil Spinach in water for 1 min.
  • पालक को 1 मिनीट पानी में उबाल लें.

Step 4
  • Grind Spinach, green chilli, garlic, curry leaves in mixer and strain it.
  • मिक्सी में पालक, हरी मिर्च, लसन, करीपत्ता, पीस लें .छान लें

Step 5
  • Add oats powder, rice flour, salt, sugar, curd in it.
  • उसमे ओट्स पावडर, चावल का आटा, नमक, शक्कर, दही मिला लें.
Step 6
  • Add water and make a batter and add baking soda.
  • अच्छेसे मिक्स करे.बेकिंग सोडा मिक्स करे.
Step 7
  • Spread dosa on pan.
  • गरम तवेपर डोसा डाले.
Step 8
  • Make it crispy.
  • उपर से तेल या बटर लगाकर क्रिस्पी होने तक सेके.

   So your Easy tasty Healthy Oats Palak Dosa . Serve it with or potato sabji coconut chatni or green chatnii.....💗💗💗💗.

Bonus Tip:

  • If You may make thick batter to make a soft dosa and if you made thin batter then your dosa will become a crispy.
  • You may use cheese.
