So today's recipe is Green Chakali.

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Roasted chickpeas-1/2 cup रोस्टेड चना दाल - 1/2 कप Rice flour-2 cup चावल का आटा - 2 कप spinach leaves पालक के पत्ते sesame seeds-1 tsp तिल - 1 चम्मच carom seeds- 1/2tsp अजवाइन- 1/2 चम्मच butter - 1 tsp बटर- 1 चम्मच Green chilli 2 to 3 हरीमिर्च - 2 Coriander हरा धनिया Garlic-5 to 6 pieces लसन - 8 कलिया Salt as per taste नमक स्वादानुसार coriander seed,cumin seed powder- 1/2tsp धनिया और जिरा पावडर - 1 चम्मच oil तेल
Procedure :-
- Grind Roasted chickpeas in mixer.and strain it.
- रोस्टेड चना दाल को मिक्सी में पिस ले और छान लें..
- Take a bowl add rice flour,chickpeas powder, coriander seed,cumin seed powder, turmeric, asafetida,salt , green chilli coriander and spinach paste, butter in it.
- बाउल में चावल का आटा, पिसी हुई दाल,पालक, मिर्च लसन हरा धनिया पेस्ट , अजवाइन, तिल, हल्दी हिंग, नमक मिला दे, बटर सारे मिश्रन को अच्छी तरह लगा ले.
- Mix it well and make a dough.
- अच्छी तरह मिक्स करें.सख्त आटा गूंथ लें.
- Make chakali using mould.
- चकली के साचे में मिश्रन डाले
- Fry it in hot oil.
- गरम तेल में क्रिस्पी होने तक तले.
So your Easy tasty Green Chakali is ready.....💗💗💗💗
Bonus tip:
- You can skip the chana dal powder.
- You can add black sesame seeds in it.
