Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Potato -5 कच्चे आलू -5 Onion -2 cup प्याज़ - 2 कप Tomato - 1 cup टोमाटो- 1 कप Capsicum - 1/2 cup सिमला मीर्च - 1/2 कप Carrot - 1/2 cup गाजर - 1/2 कप Lemon - 1 नीम्बू - 1 Green peas - 1/2 cup हरी मटर - 1/2कप Cauliflower - 1/2 cup फूल गोबी - 1/2 कप Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp अद्रक लसन पेस्ट - 1 चम्मच Red chilli powder - 1 tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1 चम्मच Pavbhaji masala - 1 tsp पावभाजी मसाला - 1 चम्मच Sugar and salt as per taste शक्कर नमक स्वादानुसार Pav पाव Coriander हरा धनिया
Procedure :-
- Take a cooker .Put Peeled and small pieces of potatoes,green peas,small pieces of carrot ,capsicum, cauliflower,water 3 cups and make a 3 whistles.
- कुकर में आलू छिलकर बारीक टुकड़े कर के डाले, मटर, गाजर के टुकड़, सिमला मिर्च के टुकड़े, फूलगोभी, पानी डालकर तीन सिटी कर ले,
- Take a kadhai and put 1 cup oil or butter, chopped onion,ginger garlic paste and tomato in it and fry properly till it become soft.
- कढाई में 1 कप तेल या बटर डाले , प्याज़ ,अद्रक लसन पेस्ट, टमाटर डालकर अच्छी तरह भूने ,
- Now add red chilli powder,salt,sugar,pavbhaji masala in it and mix it well.
- अब लाल मिर्च पाउडर, नमक,शक्कर, पावभाजी मसाला डालकर भूने, .
- Smash all vegetables from cooker and add it .And add hot water as per need and cook it.
- अब कुकर की सब्जीयोंको मसल कर डाले, गरम पानी थोड़ासा डाले पकाये
Bonus tip:
- You may add beetroot and cauliflower is optional.
This recipe is very healthy.. Maharashrian famous food... easy and too much tasty 😋..Must try it.
