So today's recipe is Mung dal paratha..

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Wheat flour - 2 cups गेहू का आटा - 2 कप Mung pulses - 1 cup peeled मूंग दाल - 1 कप छिल्केवाली turmeric , asafoetida हल्दी, हिंग Dried fenugreek- 1 tsp कसुरी मेथी -1 चम्मच coriander cumin seeds powder- 1tsp धनिया जिरा पावडर-1 चम्मच lemon juice- 2 tsp नींबू का जूस - 2 चम्मच Pavbhaji masala - 1 tsp पावभाजी मसाला - 1 चम्मच Red chilli powder - 1 tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर -1 चम्मच Celery seeds -1 tsp अजवाइन - 1 चम्मच Cheese , butter , coriander ,salt as per need. चीज, बटर,हरा धनिया , नमक स्वादानुसार
Procedure :-
- Take a wheat flour in bowl .Add celery seeds and salt in it..
- गेहू के आटे में अजवाइन और नमक डाले,
- Mix it and make a soft dough.
- अच्छी तरह आटा गूंथ लें.
- Cook Mung pulses in cooker until 3 whistles.
- मूंग दाल को कुकर में 3 सिटी करके पका लें.
- Take a kadhai .Add 2 tsp oil add all masala and salt in it.
- कढाई में 2 चम्मच तेल डालकर सारे मसाले , नमक डाले.
- Smash Mung pulses and mix well in kadhai . Add coriander in it.
- मूंग दाल को मसल लें.मसली हुई मूंग दाल कढाई में डाले अच्छी तरह मिलाये .
- हरा धनिया डाले .
- Roll the small circle of dough and put mixture on it.
- छोटी रोटी बेले.
- उसपर मिश्रन का गोला रखे.
- Make a fine ball.
- अच्छी तरह गोला बना दे.
- Roll it.
- पराठा बेले.
- Roast it on pan using butter or oil.
- तवेपर तेल, बटर, घी लगाकर शेक लें.
- So your Mung dal paratha is ready......😋😋😍
Bonus tip:
- You may use cheese in it.
- You may serve it with green chatni.
- You may use green chilli garlic paste instead of red chilli powder.
- You may use Mung beans instead of Mung dal.
