So today's recipe is Tomato soup ..Simplest way..

Ingredients:
Ingredients :-सामग्री :- Tomato 4 टमाटर - 4 carrot - 1 गाजर - 1 turmeric , asafoetida प्याज - 1 curry leaves करीपत्ता Garlic - 8 pieces लसन - 8 कलिया Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर- 1/2 चम्मच turmeric , asafoetida, cumin seeds -1/4 tsp हल्दी, हिंग ,जिरा -1/4 चम्मच black pepper - 1 tsp काली मिर्च - 1/2 चम्मच Cinnamon -1 tsp दालचिनी - 1 butter , coriander ,salt as per need. बटर,शक्कर, नमक स्वादानुसार
Procedure :-
- Put all ingredients in cooker except butter and cook it until 3 whistles.
- कुकर में बटर छोड़कर सभी सामग्री डाल दें.3 कप पानी डालकर 3 सिटी करें.
- Then grind it in mixer.
- मिक्सी में डालकर पिसे.
- Strain it .Add water.
- छान लें , पानी डाले.
Bonus tip:
- You may use fresh cream for decoration.
- You may add crushed sweetcorn .
