So today's recipe is  Tomato soup ..Simplest way..

 सामग्री :-  
 Tomato 4                          टमाटर - 4
 carrot - 1  गाजर - 1
 turmeric , asafoetida  प्याज - 1
 curry leaves  करीपत्ता
 Garlic - 8 pieces  लसन - 8 कलिया
 Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp  लाल मिर्च पाउडर- 1/2 चम्मच
 turmeric , asafoetida, cumin seeds -1/4 tsp  हल्दी, हिंग ,जिरा -1/4 चम्मच
 black pepper - 1 tsp  काली मिर्च - 1/2 चम्मच
 Cinnamon -1 tsp  दालचिनी - 1
  butter , coriander ,salt  as per need.   बटर,शक्कर, नमक स्वादानुसार 


Procedure :- 


Step 1

  • Put all ingredients in cooker except butter and cook it until 3 whistles.
  • कुकर में बटर छोड़कर सभी सामग्री डाल दें.3 कप पानी डालकर 3 सिटी करें.


Step 2

  • Then grind it in mixer.
  • मिक्सी में डालकर पिसे.

Step 3

  • Strain it .Add water.
  • छान लें , पानी डाले.

Step 4
  • Take a kadhai .Add 2 butter and cumin seeds.
  • बटर गरम करके - 1/4 चम्मच जिरा डाले.

Step 5
  • Add strained soup and boil it.
  • छाना सूप डालकर उबाल लें.


Tomato soup final

  • So your Tomato soup ..in Simplest way is ready......😋😋😍

Bonus tip:

  • You may use fresh cream for decoration. 
  • You may add crushed sweetcorn .
